Deborah L. Jackson

Deborah Lavon Jackson , 57, departed this life on March 4, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia. Deborah was born on
October 26, 1965, to the late Henry and Sheldonia Jackson in Alcoa, Tennessee.
Deborah was a graduate of Alcoa High School. She moved to Atlanta and worked for the Central Disease
Control agency. Deborah enjoyed serving people with disabilities while working with several home
health agencies in the healthcare industry. She started her own caregiving business while supporting
veterans in her local community by transporting clients to the health facilities to receive proper care.
She loved to listen and sing along with music with some of her favorite artists such as Michael Jackson,
Whitney Houston, and Luther Vandross to mention a few.
Deborah is proceeded in death by her parents.
Deborah leaves to cherish his memories two (2) children; Jerica Parks and JaKorey Love; brothers, Todd
Jackson, David Mayes and Howard Norman; grandchildren; Jaden Scott, Caleb Lehn, Conner McAuliffe;
hold host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
With gratitude, the family wishes to thank their many friends and extended family for the kindness
shown during the passing of their beloved mother.
Funeral service will be held at Foothills Funeral Home on Saturday March 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
