Jacqueline Latrice Tate

Jacqueline Latrice Tate, age 55 of Maryville, made her transition from life to eternity on Tuesday August
20, 2019 into the arms of her savior Jesus Christ. Jackie was a true light to everyone she met, with her
heart of compassion and a smile that would brighten a room. A woman who truly LOVED everyone!!!
She was preceded in death by parents Pauline Flowers and Willie Middleton, and grandparents McKinley
and Priscilla Flowers, and grandson Mikeal Sexton and sister Jean Mathews.
Survivors include: daughter La Toyia Tate and grandson Anthony Locke, Kemari Locke and De’Arize
Sexton; brothers Douglas Middleton and William and Stephanie Wilson and Billie Middleton; sisters,
Bridgette Middleton and Tammar and Gregory Brantley, and Bobbie Ann Cook and a host of uncles,
aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins. Special devoted life partner Lloyd Sharp and blessed friends Jim and
Suzi Martin and family, and her church family at RIO Revolution. With a special thanks to all the staff at
Foothills Transitional and Rehabilitation.
Family will receive friends on Saturday  August 31, 2019 from noon to 1:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Baptist Church, Alcoa with the funeral service to
follow. Interment will follow service at Maple Grove Cemetery, Maryville. Final arrangements entrusted
