Virginia Lois Anderson

Virginia Lois Anderson, 80, departed this life Friday, December 22, 2023, at Blount Memorial Hospital. Professionally, she was most known for her time as a deli clerk at Kroger Alcoa helping everyone with a smile. And she was a very proud mother of 3 sons.

Preceded in death by parents Floyd Anderson and Francis Muriel Rorex Taylor; siblings Floyd Jr. and Barbara Anderson. She’s survived by her sons: Earl, Shenandoah and Jay Anderson; sisters: Theresa Thorpe, Fercie Anderson, and a host of other relatives and friends to include the George family (special mention Carolyn, Martha Sharon, Cherry, Atu), Sandra Rorex Grove, Ann Ford and the Henry family (special mention Quiesha, Kayla, Lexi and Dee Dee). The family will receive visitors Saturday, December 30th, 2023, from 12pm – 1pm at Bethel Baptist Church, with services to follow.
