Wanda preceded in death by her parents Lewis Sr. and B. Juanita Kerr Dobson, she was the seventh of ten siblings.

Wanda leaves to cherish her children Son: Phillip Douglas Jr.(April) Dean, Daughter: Freda L. Dean. Four grandchildren: Violet Dean, Phillip lll Dean, DaVeda (Rashed) McGee and Johnathan Dean. Two Great-grandchildren: Rashed and Rakeim McGee. Devoted Nephew: Mikail (Aminah) Abdullah Nieces: Geraldine Haliey, Deborah and Lisa Dobson Cousin: ChristinaBurchfield, Ruth Jacobs, Glenda Coffin, Gail Dean, TolethaDavis, Mildred Saffell-Smith, Larry Smith and Pamela Coffin.Devoted Friends: Carolyn Thompson, Darlene (Paul) Sudderth, LaVetta Kendrick Spann, James Parker, Dr. Sandra Griffin and Rev. Archie Griffin Jr.
