Willie Walden

Willie E. Walden (Bud) 75, of Alcoa, TN was born September 5, 1943, died Tuesday May 6, 2019 at U.T. Hospital. Bud retired from McGhee Tyson Airport.

He is preceded in death by wife Shirley Walden; parents, Roscoe and Eddie Ruth Lundy; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Hobbs; grandson Brandon Smith; sisters Nina Walton and Martha Faye McQueen.

Survivors include: Son Willie (Mona) Lundy; daughter Francine Mapp; brothers, Robert Walton, John (Peggy) Walden; brother in law Ernest McQueen; grandkids Teresa Walden, Kizzy Hinton, and Shawntoria Walden; six grand-daughters; great grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Special friends Wade Houston and family, Lamar Norris.

Funeral service will be held Friday May 17, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Foothills Funeral Home, Maryville. Family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service. Interment at Sherwood Gardens, Alcoa. Rev. Terry L. Jordan officiating.
